1. Registration and Payment
– Students must be between 6 and 19 years old to register, with the relevant documentation.
– Enrollment is done through a form on our website.
– Payment of tuition and monthly fees must be made on time to ensure the student’s continued participation.
2. Standards of Conduct
– All students are expected to maintain a sporting and respectful conduct towards coaches, peers and academy staff.
– Any act of indiscipline may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
3. Liability and Safety
The academy is not responsible for injuries that may occur during sports activities. Adequate medical insurance is recommended.
Parents/guardians should report any medical conditions or special needs of the student at the time of enrollment.
4. Use of Facilities and Equipment
– Students must take care of the facilities and equipment provided by the academy.
– Any intentional damage will be the responsibility of the student and his/her legal guardian, who must cover the costs of repair or replacement.
5. Use of Image
– The academy reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during activities for promotional purposes.
– If a parent/guardian does not wish their child’s image to be used, they must notify the academy in writing at the time of registration.
6. Acceptance of Regulations
The students accept all the internal regulations of the Academy, committing themselves to respect them and accepting the imposition of sanctions in the event of their violation.
7. Refunds
Tuition and/or monthly fees will not be refunded in any case.
8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
– The academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified to parents/guardians and will become effective immediately.
